She is the heartbeat of Stillwell Events and has been a part of it since first launching in 2015. The history of this partnership, working side by side with Jeff, began over 25 wonderful years ago. They are so in sync they often finish each other’s sentences. Her immense knowledge in hospitality was solidified by working at some of the top catering venues in Manhattan, most recently The Iconic Rainbow Room at Rockefeller Plaza.

Sylvia is the definition of hospitality! At every event, she brings an unparalleled ability to correct unforeseen circumstances. The way she runs and operates the events is seamless. Keeping vendors on point with the timing of the party and anticipating the needs of the clients. Every event exhibits Sylvia’s signature touches, and she has a unique ability to elevate and enhance ideas. Her creative vision and attention to detail have the power to transform any affair, making it better than the original concept. With an extensive background in hospitality, Klarc is an invaluable asset to Stillwell Events. You will find her by Jeff’s side in all aspects of planning your event day. Managing both clients and vendors throughout the planning process, maintaining clear communication and adhering to specific checklists and deadlines. Organization mixed with her punctuality are two elements she is focused on.

Klarc’s welcoming and relatable charisma makes clients and attendees feel right at home. As a New York native, who has traveled a lot throughout her life embracing the importance of different cultures and traditions, she is able to highlight details most sufficient to you and your event. The personalized connection she conveys in everything from logistics and creative motif, contributes to the success of each event she is involved in. By having a polished eye for the latest trends and style, she consistently brings any vision to life creating memorable experiences for all.

Karen Shapiro

Event Manager

Karen has been a part of Stillwell Events for the past several years in which this collaboration is an absolute pleasure. On the day of the event Karen will check, double check, and triple check anything from the seating chart, set-up and breakdown guaranteeing your event will run smoothly before it even begins. Monitoring the timeline making sure everyone and everything is in place and where they’re supposed to be.

As a former fashion stylist Director  with nationally recognized magazines, her work reflects her passion for design and visuals, this incredible artistry and beautiful aesthetics bring every detail together showing her dedication to creating stunning events.
